  • Define the future state clearly.
  • What needs to change?
  • What needs to stay the same?
  • Discussion can lead to centralized vs. decentralized control and implementation.
  • Focus on what gives speed and customer centricity.
  • Focus on scale, leverage and quality.
  • Be extremely agile.
